It coordinates schedules, equipment, manpower, and materials to improve productivity while securing delivery, quality, process improvement, and cost reduction.
This function standardizes products, raw materials, and work processes to systematize quality, while improving productivity and utilization through plant standardization efforts that support annual production goals.
Daechang hiring decisions are made
